Everything it does, in one list.

Every feature, grouped the way the platform is: taking the gift, appeals, money and compliance, your donors, your programmes and staying in order. All of it is working software you can try in the demo.

What we have already built

This is not a prototype. Everything below is working software you can try in the demo, built from systems we run for UK charities. When we scope your platform we start from that and shape it to your operations, which is why the price is what it is. Zakat and Qurbani are on when you need them and off when you don’t.

One view of the whole charity. Money in, where it came from, what is waiting to be claimed on the screen your team opens first each morning.

Charity platform admin dashboard overview

A. Taking the donation

Cards, Apple Pay and monthly giving, with Gift Aid declared and card fees covered by the donor as the gift is made. It all finishes on your own domain, so your Ad Grant and Meta can actually count it.

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Give in a few taps, on any device, without leaving your website.

Donors cover your card fees

At checkout the donor can add a little to cover the cost of their gift, and it goes to you, not a platform. You set the percentage, up to 15%, or switch it off, and it gets its own line in your accounting export.

Monthly giving

Supporters set up a regular gift, then pause, restart, change the amount or cancel it themselves without emailing your office.

Gift Aid at the point of giving

The declaration is collected as part of the donation, so you are not chasing it afterwards.

Anonymous gifts and dedications

Give quietly, or in someone's name, with a message attached.

Receipts, automatically

A proper PDF receipt is issued the moment a gift succeeds, and stays in the donor's account.

The donation finishes on your own domain

Supporters are never handed to another company's website to pay, so an ad conversion fires on your own site, in the same visit, on a page you control. Tracking is imperfect everywhere now. This removes one cause of it you would otherwise be choosing.

Conversions your Ad Grant can count

Google Ad Grants need a tracked conversion every month. When the gift completes on somebody else's platform you usually cannot put your own tag on their confirmation page. Here it is your page, so you can.

Gift Aid and cost-cover, asked once. A £50 gift becomes £62.50 to the appeal, and the donor is offered the chance to cover processing so nothing is taken out of it

B. Appeals and fundraising

Appeals your team edits without a developer, supporter fundraising pages, and seasonal programmes like Qurbani with limits and a fulfilment tracker.

Appeals you edit yourself

Create and change appeals — images, story, what a gift provides, suggested amounts, FAQs — without a developer.

Appeals by country

Supporters browse by where the work happens, not just by cause.

Your fundraisers hear the moment someone gives

Every gift to a supporter's page emails them straight away, and they are told when they hit their target. Nobody has to remember to send it.

Supporter fundraising pages

Anyone can raise for you on your own site: their story, their photo, their target, their progress. You approve, monitor and close them.

Seasonal programmes

Qurbani and similar programmes, with limits on how much can be sold and a tracker for fulfilling each one.

News and impact stories

Publish what the money did, with photographs and locations, linked back to the appeal that funded it.

Supporter fundraising on your own domain. Their story and their target — but the traffic, the supporter records and the Gift Aid all come to you.

Every appeal you run, on one page — what a gift provides, which country it belongs to, and whether Zakat can be spent on it. Your team creates and edits these; no developer involved.

C. Money, Zakat and compliance

Gift Aid exports for HMRC, Zakat kept separate and spent only where it may be, a restricted fund ledger, books you can close each month, payment reconciliation and a full audit trail.

Gift Aid export for HMRC

Produce your claim in the format HMRC expects, rather than assembling it by hand.

Zakat kept separate

Zakat is recorded apart from Sadaqah and general giving, and never pooled with it.

Zakat spent only where it may be

Distributions record who was reached and the type of support. Appeals that Zakat may not fund are refused automatically.

Restricted fund ledger

Track what each fund holds, record spending against it, and see what it held at the start and end of any period. Money moved between funds is a record of its own, with the date and the reason, so restricted money stays restricted.

Books you can close

Close a month once it is checked and nothing dated in it can be added, changed or deleted until someone reopens it, with a reason. Every correction keeps what was there before, and every expense can carry its receipt.

One set of figures

The dashboard, Finance, the fund ledger and each programme read the same money, so the number your fundraiser quotes is the number your treasurer has.

Payment reconciliation

Import a month's Stripe or PayPal export and every charge is matched to a donation, to the penny, with anything on only one side listed

A public Zakat report

Donors see what was received and distributed, with no personal details of recipients.

Offline donations

Log bank transfers, cash and cheques with a reference, so your totals reflect everything you actually received.

An audit trail

Export the year's records when your auditors or trustees ask for them.

Your Gift Aid claim, assembled as you go. Declarations are captured at the point of giving, missing addresses are flagged, and the claim exports in the layout HMRC accepts.

Restricted funds, visibly restricted: what each fund has taken in, spent and still holds, for any period you choose.

D. Knowing and keeping your donors

One record per supporter holding every gift and conversation, donations that stop halfway recovered, and data requests answered from the record inside the month the law allows.

A donor record that holds everything

Every gift, every regular donation, every Gift Aid declaration, in one place, searchable.

Donations that stop halfway, recovered

Most people who start a donation form never finish it. When someone gets as far as entering their email and then leaves, the platform emails them half an hour later with a link straight back to it — once, never again, and never if they have already come back. You write the wording. You see every one, and which ones converted.

Answer a supporter without leaving the platform

An enquiry arrives, you reply from inside the system with a saved template if you want one, and the exchange stays attached to that supporter's record. No copying an address into Outlook and losing the thread.

Donor impact reports

Send supporters a report on the specific thing their money paid for.

Staff accounts with limits

Give each person the access their role needs, and no more, with every role spelled out in plain words. New staff are emailed a link and choose their own password, and deactivating someone signs them out at once.

Data requests, answered from the record

A supporter asks what you hold on them, or asks to be forgotten. The request is logged with its one-month deadline and the days left. One button emails them their full record, or erases them while keeping the gifts in your accounts without a name. Donors can also do both themselves from their own account.

Your annual report, sent in one button

A donor rings to ask for the annual report, the accounts or your safeguarding policy. Press Send a document on their record or on their enquiry and it goes to them, attached.

Every email in your own words

Receipts, thank-yous, reminders: each one shown exactly as a donor receives it, with the subject and wording yours to change.

Every supporter in one place, with what they have given and whether their Gift Aid is covered. Searchable, sortable, and yours to export whenever you want.

E. Running your programmes

Gifts sorted into programmes by rules you can read, wells followed through to the donor’s report, sponsorship, distributions and partner cases in two languages, run in the same system that took the money.

Gifts sorted into programmes, by your rules

Each appeal says which programme it pays for, so most gifts sort themselves. A gift of the price of a well becomes a well for that donor; smaller gifts gather in a pot until there is enough. Anything unusual waits for a person, with a suggestion. The rules are yours to read and change: nothing is guessed.

A well followed from the gift to the report

Where it is, who paid for it, how far along it is, and the finished report with photographs sent to its donor, who can also see it in their own account.

Sponsorship

Individual sponsorships, sponsor-to-beneficiary relationships, and structured progress reports that go back to the sponsor.

Distribution programmes

Food packs, cash distributions and livelihood projects — recorded by location, with beneficiary records and an audit trail.

Partner submissions in two languages

Overseas partners submit cases through a form in their own language, right-to-left where the language needs it, with your approval step before anything reaches your site. Each partner has their own sign-in to follow their cases and answer your questions. English and Arabic come with the platform; we set yours up in whichever language your partners actually work in.

F. Staying in order

One page that tells your trustees whether the charity is in order, the dates you must not miss, policies kept current, and the checks on the partners your money goes through.

One page for your trustees

Open requests from donors, overdue dates, policies past review, partner checks, restricted funds and Zakat received against Zakat given out. Every line is read from your records, not ticked by hand, and the page prints for the board meeting.

The dates you must not miss

The annual return, the ICO fee, insurance, the Gift Aid claim, trustee meetings. Each has an owner who is emailed before it is due and again on the day, and marking it done sets the next one.

Policies and reports kept current

Each document with the date trustees approved it, when it is due for review, and its earlier versions. One that is overdue shows on the trustee page.

Checks on your partners

For each organisation your money goes through: registered where it works, its own bank account, not on a sanctions list, a signed agreement and a safeguarding policy, with their papers and a review date.

Guides that take you there

Every task in the admin is listed under Guides with a button that opens the right screen and points at the thing to press. New staff do not need a manual.

What’s coming. Your price does not change.

The platform does not stop where this page does. Anything your charity needs that is not here yet, we build into your platform — at no extra cost and with no upgrade to agree. That is what the monthly buys, and it is the one thing a one-off website build can never offer. Added in the last few weeks, for every charity on the platform:

Added

A page that tells trustees whether you are in order

Donors’ data requests, the dates you must not miss, policy reviews, partner checks, restricted funds and Zakat, on one page read from your own records. It prints for the board meeting.

Added

An assistant that does the job, after you say yes

Ask it how an appeal did, or tell it to record an expense. It shows what it is about to do and waits for you to confirm.

Added

Giving every Friday and every night of Ramadan

Supporters set it once and it is collected automatically, on your site, with the donor in your database.

Added

Your Gift Aid claim, followed through to paid

From your dashboard to the file HMRC accepts, with each claim tracked until the money arrives.

See a whole charity running on it.

Bring how you take donations today and what your trustees keep asking for. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for a charity your size, including when it is not.
