£3,750 a year on £75,000 claimed.
The platform, your website, hosting and support for one flat monthly price. Unlimited staff, no minimum term, and no VAT added.
Pick your platform and we’ll show you what changes, using that platform’s own published terms.
On JustGiving
A tip to JustGiving is added at the last screen, set to 19% of the gift. The slider stops at 12.5%; getting to £0 means opening a separate box.

Cost-cover is off unless you switch it on. If you do, you set the percentage and every penny of it goes to you.
With us
Gift Aid comes out as HMRC’s own schedule, and nothing is taken from it.

Every appeal and the checkout sit on your own domain, under your name, so your Google Ad Grant can advertise the page where the gift happens.
On every platform we build, anyone who stops halfway through a donation gets one reminder email, written by you, and Zakat, if you take it, is kept apart from everything else.
Providers change their terms without telling us. Check the current position with them before you rely on a comparison for a decision.

One monthly fee. The card fee goes to the card network, not us.
The cover-costs money goes to you too. On JustGiving and LaunchGood, the extra a donor adds at checkout goes to the platform, and over 70% of LaunchGood donors add one. On yours it covers your card fees, and you decide whether it is asked at all.
One monthly fee covers the platform, your website, hosting, support and the development work that keeps it moving. What changes between tiers is how much of the running we do with you, how much building we do for you, and which bigger features, such as events and supporter fundraising, come with the plan.
For larger charities and groups. Tell us how your organisation works, and we shape the platform around it: your processes, your systems, as many organisations as you run. Priced on what you need.
Everything in Partner, plus a build plan for your year, any number of organisations with combined reporting, your own integrations and single sign-on, hosting in your own cloud if you need it, uptime set out in your contract, and a permanent licence to run your own copy.
Every price includes the build, the migration of your existing donors and ongoing support. Anything we build for every charity, you get. Anything built only for you is development, which is what Growth and Partner are for. Paying a year up front suits a restricted grant, which is often easier to get approved than new recurring spend. No VAT is added to any price.
Any price here can be paid yearly instead of monthly: pay for ten months, get twelve. A month's notice is all it takes to leave: on monthly payments at any point, on a yearly plan before it renews. There is no minimum term and no set-up fee: the build and the move of your donors are included.
A donation platform costs £40 a month because it is a form on somebody else’s website, shared with thousands of other charities. We build and run software for your charity under licence. So the comparison that matters is not another platform. It is what it costs to have someone who can build and change your own.

Partner is our most expensive tier. It costs around 40% of one developer, and the platform, the website, hosting, Gift Aid and two pieces of development running at once all come inside it. And you are not recruiting, managing or covering anybody’s notice period.
Salary is the UK median for a web developer (Indeed, 1,500 reported salaries, July 2026). On-costs are employer National Insurance at 15% above the £5,000 secondary threshold and the 3% minimum pension on qualifying earnings, 2026/27 rates.
A rough guide before you read further: if you need a new website anyway, this usually costs about the same as buying one and renting a donation platform separately. If your website is fine and you only want the giving side, you are probably better off where you are. The calculator further down works it out on your numbers, and will say so either way.
£8,434
Buying it piece by piece costs you £8,434 more over three years, and still leaves you renting someone else's platform. With us, your data and domain are already yours, with no exit fee when you decide to leave.
Card processing is left out on both sides: it is Stripe's fee, it is the same wherever you go, and neither we nor most platforms keep any of it. Gift Aid is costed at 5% of what you actually claim, assuming 70% of donations are eligible — not 5% of your income, which is how this sum is usually presented and is roughly six times too high.
Bring how you take donations today and what your trustees keep asking for. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for a charity your size, including when it is not.
