You may read this site, and use the enquiry and newsletter forms for their intended purpose. You may not scrape it at a scale that affects its availability, attempt to gain access to parts of it you are not authorised to use, or copy its content for a competing commercial offer.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Prices on this site

Prices shown are monthly, in pounds sterling, and exclude VAT where VAT applies. They are an indication of what our packages cost, not an offer capable of acceptance — the price for your charity is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call, and it is that proposal and the agreement that follows which bind us.

Figures in the cost calculator are illustrative. They are based on the assumptions stated next to it and on published third-party prices at the date shown. They are not a quotation and not a forecast of what your charity will save.

Comparisons with other providers

Where we compare our pricing with another provider's, the figures come from that provider's own published pricing on the date stated, and each is linked so you can check it. Providers change their pricing without telling us. Confirm the current position with them before you rely on a comparison for a decision.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from relying on the content of this website, and any liability arising from work we do for you is dealt with in the agreement covering that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
